Note: at this time, you will be requesting INITIAL transcripts. Mid-year transcripts will be requested after 1st semester grades are posted.
You can list all the colleges that are requesting a transcript on one single form. NOTE: cost is PER TRANSCRIPT. If you are requesting a transcript for regular delivery, that means it's $5 per college.
Once the form is complete, you must pay for the transcript requests. This can be done through the Webstore or in person at the Student Store.
Next, email a copy of the receipt of payment and completed application to Ms. Randall at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep an eye on your email, if Ms. Randall needs any additional information, she will email you.
