Appeal to Enroll Procedure

Students may begin to submit 2021-22 Appeal to Enroll forms using the instructions below:
  • Log into Google Classroom and then add a new class using the join code: ACBXEUY
  • Locate the department into which your class falls (E.G. Science)
  • Make a copy of and complete the Appeal to Enroll Form. Pay close attention to the instructions to: Insert a screenshot of your transcript, insert a picture of your signature, title your document.
  • Find the department your appeal form applies to and upload by the due date.
  • Not sure if your need to complete an Appeal to Enroll form> Check class prerequisites or the OPHS Course Catalog. All questions should be directed to your OPHS Counselor.
